Background

The assignment was to conduct value chain analysis of selected value chains. An additional objective of the value chain analyses was to train the locally engaged staff in value chain analysis work. The main training methodology was learning by doing. In addition to that, organizing a two day training workshop for the local engaged staff to familiarize themselves with the methodology to be used included in the responsibility.
