20 years of professional experience in leading and managing Value Chain /Private Sector Development Projects following roles as top level manager in different market development projects. He is a veteran market development specialist from the very inception period in Bangladesh and contributed in private sector development, SME development and service market development. He has led teams in successful implementation of maize, potato, fish, and vegetable and packaging service market development projects as Team Leader, at times achieving more than the set goal. He has undertaken several international consultancy projects on M4P approach in Nigeria, Cambodia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Fiji. He has experience in working with different research institutes, local and international NGOs, development projects, donors and Government of Bangladesh for 20 years with deep understanding of the market and its actors.
