Background

To provide Technical Support to the PrOpCom technical team in advance of its annual review with the Department for International Development (DFID), the assignment aims to improve the chance of success of PrOpCom’s interventions as those will be more realistically and logically defined, more appropriately resourced, and better understood by programme reviewers and partners.

Tasks

Md. SaifuddinKhaled was appointed in a mentoring role. The Rice and Agro-machineries based interventions was comprehensively analyzed by him, and he made constructive comments on the interventions, approaches and styles of the Intervention Managers and building confidence in an assertive and supportive manner.
